Two people sharing consent-based touch in a Berlin embodiment workshop

Feel Your Body. Listen Deeper.

Safe spaces do not exist. What I offer is not safety — it’s presence. A space where you’re allowed to fall, and supported to rise again.

What you’ll explore in this Berlin workshop

Most people live from the neck up.

Thinking. Performing. Saying yes when they mean no.
Moving fast, disconnected from what’s actually felt.

This day is an invitation to come home —
to land in your body,
to slow down and feel what’s true beneath the noise.

You’ll begin by listening inward —
to the quiet signals of Yes, No, Maybe and
what you like, don´t like.
What gives you pleasure and everything in between.

Then you’ll meet others from that place.
Not through roles or stories, but through presence, breath, and touch.

You’ll move, feel, touch, and be touched —
with full consent, in presence, with nothing to prove.

You’ll be seen.
Not interpreted. Not fixed. Just witnessed.
And in that, you may remember what’s already yours.

You’ll explore how awareness shapes what happens between us.
You’ll learn how to stay with yourself while staying in connection.
How to hear your body whisper — and trust what it says.
How to be in touch without crossing your own edges.
How it impacts you to receive what you truly want.

This isn’t about doing it right.
It’s about feeling what’s real —
and letting that guide you.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Learn to recognize your body’s Yes, No, and Maybe

  • Explore how your presence is felt by others

  • Practice true connection

  • Stop overriding your own signals
