If you're new to Bodywork or curious about my “soft-touch” De-Armoring approach, this 60-minute session is designed for you. Every once in a while, I open a space for those who wish to dive deeper and connect with the transformative frequency of presence, to start a transformative journey by exploring the work I offer and to connect in a more physical way. From my own experience, it's not easy to find a practitioner and bodyworker that resonates and to fully trust over digital media. To build that bridge from digital offer to physical exploration, I am offering a short version of my session (60 minutes) to explore together potential fields to work on and to give everyone the opportunity to feel the work I do. In these 60 minutes, we have enough time to chat over a cup of tea, and you will go home with a clear idea of what a 2-hour De-Armoring session can work and feel like. Additionally, you'll experience presence, an introduction talk, and an energetic body scan including Meridian Activation, away from the noise of the big city.

Some past participants became long-term clients through this session because they had a better idea of what it is, what I do, and the impact it can have on their lives. Wenn du neu zu Bodywork bist oder neugierig auf meinen „soft touch“-Ansatz beim De-Armoring bist, ist diese 60-minütige Sitzung genau für dich gedacht.

Ab und zu öffne ich einen Raum für alle, die tiefer eintauchen möchten und die transformative Frequenz der Präsenz erleben wollen, um mit tieferen Schichten in Kontakt zu treten und eine transformative Reise zu beginnen.
Aus eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, dass es nicht einfach ist, einen Praktiker und Bodyworker zu finden, der resoniert und dem man über digitale Medien voll vertrauen kann. Um diese Brücke von einem digitalen Angebot zu einer physischen Erfahrung zu bauen, biete ich eine kurze Version (60Min) meiner regulären De-Armouring Session ( 120-150 Minuten) an.
Hier haben wir die Gelegenheit, gemeinsam potenzielle Felder zu erkunden, an denen gearbeitet werden kann, und jedem die Chance zu geben, die Arbeit, die ich mache, zu spüren. In diesen 60 Minuten haben wir genug Zeit, um bei einer Tasse Tee zu deine individuellen Themen zu besprechen, und du wirst mit einer klaren Vorstellung davon nach Hause gehen, wie eine De-Armoring-Session wirken und sich anfühlen kann. Zusätzlich erhältst du Präsenz, eine Einführung in die Möglichkeiten und einen energetischen Körperscan inklusive Meridianaktivierung – weg vom Lärm der Großstadt.

Einige frühere Teilnehmer wurden durch diese Sitzung zu Langzeitklienten, weil sie eine bessere Vorstellung davon hatten, was es ist, was ich mache, und welche Auswirkungen es auf ihr Leben haben kann. Am Samstag, den 6. April 2024, werde ich vier Einführungssitzungen in meinem Berliner Raum für alle Neugierigen anbieten.
